Having technical difficulties with one of our products? Here at Nicom, we are continuously thinking of new ways to improve our services. Starting at the beginning of October 2005, we have been offering an on-line page for returns. It is as simple as clicking below, listing your unit and issue and sending it to us. We can then send you a RMA number and get you going on the road to recovery. By doing this, we are helping save you time so that your unit can get sent to us as quickly as possible. Many times when a unit is broken, we receive calls about shipment and not about the specific issues of the breakdown. Here are some tips to help make this process more efficient:

1. Include in the box a completed RMA Form which lists the symptoms that the unit is showing. Be as specific as you can as this helps the engineers on our end to diagnose the problem faster.

2. Write down the serial # and return authorization # on the outside of the box. This helps us here at Nicom to get the unit where it belongs quicker.

3. Be prepared to pay for those items that are not under warranty as this allows us to return the unit to you as soon as it is repaired. Thus getting you back on the air faster.

4. We offer an expedited service at an additional cost for those who would like to have their unit put first in line, if there is an emergency.
