POWER METERS
Hewlett-Packard
432A
The HP432A features high accuracy
over a wide temperature range. Accuracy can be maintained on even the most
sensitive applications because the error due to thermoelectric effect is
reduced to a negligible level. The HP8478B sensor provides the HP432A with
a frequency range of 10MHz to 18GHz.
Hewlett-Packard
435B
This unit is an analog power meter
compatible with the entire series of HP8480 power sensors. Depending on
the different sensors, the HP435B can measure power out from -65dBm to
+44dBm, full scale, at frequencies from 100KHz to 26.5GHz. The HP8481A
sensor is the most common one and provides measurements in the range of
10MHz to 18GHz. The HP8484A sensor has high sensitivity and performs measurements
up to 10nW.

Hewlett-Packard
436A
This unit is a general purpose digital
power meter intended for manual and automatic RF and Microwave power measurements.
It is compatible with the entire series of HP8480 power sensors. Depending
on the different sensors, the HP436A can measure powers from -70dBm to
+44dBm, full scale, at frequencies from 100KHz to 26.5GHz. The HP8481A
sensor is the most common one and provides measurements in the range 10MHz
to 18GHz. The HP8484A sensor has high sensitivity and performs measurements
up to 10nW.

Hewlett-Packard
438A
The HP438A power meter is a dual
channel power meter designed specifically for ATE systems. Compatible with
the HP8480 series of thermocouplers and diode sensors, the power and frequency
range of the meter extends from -70dBm up to +40dBm and from 100KHz to
50GHz.
Boonton 4220
A microprocessor-based, single channel,
solid state RF power meter. It is capable of measuring RF power levels
from -60dBm to +20dBm. With the 51013 sensor included in this package,
the frequency range is from 100KHz to 18GHz. With different sensors, the
frequency range can be increased up to 110GHz. Diode sensors measure the
voltage across a precision resistor, using specially selected diodes. Digital
display can show reading in W, mW, ?W, nW, dBm, and dBr. Display resolution
is 0.01dB or 4½ digits. Accuracy is ±0.7% (23ºC) for
90 days.
